• We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
• To initiate a return, you must contact us at contact@rahadiffuser.com within this 7-day period.
2. Bundles Policy
• Bundles (e.g., Bundle of 3 or Bundle of 5) are treated as a single item and cannot be partially refunded or returned.
• For example, if you purchase a bundle and use one diffuser but wish to return the remaining items, the return will not be accepted. Bundles are purchased as an offer and must be returned as a whole, unopened, and unused.
3. Conditions for Return
We will only accept returns or exchanges if:
• The package is damaged upon arrival.
• The diffuser is defective or not functioning properly.
If your return meets the above conditions:
• We will send you a replacement diffuser at no extra cost.
• We do not offer monetary refunds.
Note: To process any defective product claim, customers must provide clear video proof showing the issue while using the product. Without this, we cannot approve replacements.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
• Sale items or items purchased with a discount.
• Gift cards.
5. Requirements for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be in its original condition, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
• You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email).
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return through contact@rahadiffuser.com will not be accepted.
6. Refunds
• Refunds are not issued under any circumstances.
• If a damaged or defective product is approved for return, you will receive a replacement item only.
